Shahi Tukda Recipe - Without Frying And Sugar Syrup

Shahi Tukda Recipe - Without Frying And Sugar Syrup

This easy shahi tukda is non-fried and made without using sugar syrup, so that you can enjoy this instant shahi tukda whenever you crave for it.

This is an easy indian dessert to make during festivals like holi, diwali and eid. This is very popular recipe in the hyderabadi / awadhi cuisine.

Shahi tukda is a rich mughlai dessert, which is usually made by deep frying the bread slices, soaking it in sugar syrup, and then toping it with thick luscious rabri (reduced milk). But i gave a twist to the recipe and made a quicker and easier version of this royal sweet. You can prepare this quick and easy shahi tukda within few minutes.

And the best part is you don’t have to worry about the leftover sugar syrup unlike the traditional version. As it is a non-fried version it’s a little healthier too.

I hope you like the idea of making it this way. Do try the recipe and do not forget to share your beautiful creations with us on instagram or facebook.
