How to make Easy Veg Chow Mein

  1. Step-1

    For Boiling Noodles In a large pot heat water, add salt and bring it to a rolling boil then add the raw noodles and let them cook according to package instructions. Usually it takes 3-4 minutes. Not to over cook the noodles, to check pick a noodle and stretch it should be stretchy and break.

    Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper

    Toss it properly until well mixed. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes on high flame.

    Then switch off the flames and add spring onions. Mix and serve immediately and garnish it with spring onion.
