  • 1 table spoon oil.

  • 1-2 bay leaf.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder.
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
  • 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves.
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala.
  • A pinch of nutmeg powder (optional).
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1-2 table spoon chopped garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger.
  • 1 medium onion chopped.
  • 2-3 medium sized tomato chopped.
  • 2-3 green chillies.
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro (optional).
  • 400 grams spinach leaves (washed and roughly chopped.
  • 150 grams paneer cut in to cubes.
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cream.
 

How to make Easy Palak Paneer

  1. Step-1

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add another tablespoon of butter to it.

Notes: 

  • Do not add too much of tomatoes it may ruin the taste of the dish.
  • Do not over cook the spinach otherwise it will loose its cooler as well as nutritional value.
