This is my all time favourite when i am in a hurry. Inspite of quick cooking it taste really yum and looks colourful too. Either you pair it up with plane parathas or chapati, or stuff this in sandwiches or pattice it is surely a hit!.

Easy Corn Capsicum Recipe
- 1/2 cup onion roughly chopped.
- 1 1/2 cup capsicum roughly chopped.
- 1 1/2 cup sweet corns.
- 2 tablespoon oil.
- 2 teaspoon red chilly sauce.
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce.
- Salt to taste.
How to make Easy Corn Capsicum
- Step-1
Heat oil in a pan. - Step-2
Add the chopped onions and saute for one minute. - Step-3
Add the chopped bell peppers and corns and saute for one more minute. - Step-4
Add salt and give it a quick mix. Cover and cook for one minute on medium heat. - Step-5
As the vegetables becomes little tender add the chilli sauce and tomato sauce. - Step-6
Cook for one more minute and evaporate excess water if any. Make sure veggies do not loose the crunch. Our quick and easy recipe is done and ready enjoy it with chapati or bread.
Notes:
- Using a good quality sweet corns makes a real difference in the final product. I used frozen ones.
- Make sure the bell peppers do not loose their crunch.
- Cut all the veggies in similar size so that they cook evenly.
- If using bigger size corns boil them before adding to the recipe.
- If you like richer taste add a tablespoon of fresh cream.
