Easy Beetroot Salad Recipe

  • 2 cup fresh grated beetroots.
  • 1/2 cup soaked peanuts.
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves).
  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder.
  • 1/2 tsp kala namak or rock salt.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice.
 

How to make Easy Beetroot Salad

    Take beetroots, peanuts and cilantro in a mixing bowl.

    Now season it with black salt, cumin powder and black pepper.

    Lastly add some lemon juice and mix everything well. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to develop and blend in the flavours.

Notes: 

  • You can also add some fresh grated coconut to the salad.
  • If you want you can replace peanuts with boiled chick peas.
