Immune Booster Amla Juice

- 4-5 Amla (Indian goose berry)
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 cup water
- ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt (optional)
Chop Amla in to small pieces and discard the stone.Peel and roughly chop the carrot.
Transfer the outland carrot pieces into a mixer jar and add water. Blend it to a fine paste.
Now strain through a muslin cloth or sieve, squeeze gently to take out all the juice.
Add salt if using mix 1 and serve immediately.
- While buying the Amlas try to pick the bigger ones as these have less tartness.
- you can also add a small coin of ginger to it.
- Instead of carrot you can try it with bottle guard or beetroot.
- You can also make this juice using your regular juicer.
- The best time to have this is in the morning.
