- 125 grams soft butter cup.
- 75 grams caster sugar (1/3 cup).
- 75 grams porridge oats (1 cup).
- 80 grams gram flour or all purpose flour (1/2 cup).
- 100 grams rasins (1/4 cup).
- 1 pinch of salt.
In a mixing bowl add the butter and sugar.
Whisk unlit the mixture is light and fluffy and light pale in colour.
Add the oats and gram flour and mix together.
Mix with your fingers to make the dough.
Add the raisins and mix well and the cookie dough is ready.
Take a small portion and roll it between your palms to save the cookie.
Place the cookies on a lined baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius until light golden in colour.
- Use soft butter it should not be runny or oily.
- To make it vegan you can switch the butter with peanut butter or margarine.
